Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Consultant per costruire e sviluppare la presenza di AutoUncle in Spagna e Italia.
Riporterai all'Head of Sales e lavorerai dall'ufficio di Milano. È un ruolo da hunter con un approccio consulenziale: aprirai nuove porte, gestirai l'intero ciclo di vendita e manterrai un rapporto stretto con i clienti acquisiti. Sarai il volto di AutoUncle in Spagna e nelle aree assegnate in Italia e i risultati rifletteranno direttamente il tuo lavoro.
In pratica, questo significa:
Lavorare per raggiungere obiettivi di vendita mensili e trimestrali
Costruire e gestire un portfolio di concessionarie in Spagna e Italia, con obiettivi su new business, upsell e cross-sell
Pianificare e viaggiare in Spagna 2-3 giorni al mese per incontrare clienti e prospect
Gestire online e in presenza clienti e prospect in Italia e in Spagna
Sviluppare e mantenere una pipeline solida, con focus chiaro su KPI e obiettivi di fatturato
Consigliare i dealer sulle performance digitali, utilizzando strumenti come Google Analytics e i dati della piattaforma AU per dimostrare impatto e valore reale
Collaborare con i team Sales, Marketing, Digital Ops e Product per offrire soluzioni su misura
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in vendita B2B tech o consulenza in un ambiente ad alta attività, di cui almeno 1 anno recente in field sales
Esperienza nel generare new business
Esperienza nel settore automotive è un plus
Forti capacità relazionali e capacità di coinvolgere C-level e titolari di azienda.
Comprovata esperienza nella gestione dell'intero ciclo di vendita e nel raggiungimento dei risultati
Track record di successo in cold outreach, generazione di pipeline e sviluppo del business
Passione per gli strumenti digitali, le performance di vendita e il supporto alla crescita delle aziende
Italiano o spagnolo madrelingua, con competenza quasi nativa nell'altra lingua, e inglese professionale (la nostra lingua aziendale interna)
Patente di guida valida e disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente
Diritto a lavorare in Italia senza necessità di sponsorizzazione del visto

We're looking for a Digital Sales Consultant to build and develop AutoUncle's presence across Spain and Italy.
You'll report to the Head of Sales and work from the Milan office when not on the road. This is a hunter role with a consultative edge, you'll open doors, run the full sales cycle, and stay close to the accounts you win. You'll be the face of AutoUncle in your territory, and the results will reflect your work directly.
In practice, this means:
Building and managing a portfolio of dealerships across Spain and Italy, with targets across new business, upsell, and cross-sell
Traveling to Spain 2–3 times per month to meet clients and prospects, delivering sales, training, and tailored consultancy on-site
Being in the field on average 1-2 days/week within Italy
Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline, with clear focus on KPIs and revenue targets
Advising dealers on digital performance, using tools like Google Analytics and AU's own platform data to show real impact and value
Collaborating with our Sales, Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitoring portfolio health and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Minimum 2 years of B2B tech sales or consulting experience in a high-activity environment, including at least 1 year of remote field sales
Confident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and delivering results
Track record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and business development
Passion for digital tools, sales performance, and helping businesses grow
Native-level Italian, near-native Spanish, and professional-level English (our internal company language)
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
