Siamo alla ricerca di un Field Sales Consultant che gestisca e sviluppi la nostra rete di dealer nel Lazio, in Campania e nelle zone limitrofe. Riporterai all'Head of Sales e lavorerai da remoto quando non sei in visita da clienti e prospect. È un ruolo da hunter con un approccio consulenziale: aprirai nuove porte, gestirai l'intero ciclo di vendita e manterrai un rapporto stretto con i clienti acquisiti. Sarai il volto di AutoUncle nel tuo territorio e i risultati rifletteranno direttamente il tuo lavoro.
In pratica, questo significa:
Lavorare per raggiungere obiettivi di vendita mensili e trimestrali
Circa tre giorni a settimana sul campo, incontrando clienti e prospect di persona
Costruire costantemente una pipeline solida, con focus chiaro su KPI e obiettivi di fatturato
Gestire e far crescere un portfolio di concessionarie attraverso new business, upsell e cross-sell
Consigliare i dealer sulle performance digitali, utilizzando strumenti come Google Analytics e i dati della piattaforma AU per dimostrare l'impatto reale
Collaborare con i team Sales, Marketing, Digital Ops e Product per offrire soluzioni su misura
Raggiungere il team a Milano una volta al mese per allinearsi sulle strategie
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in vendita B2B tech o consulenza in un ambiente ad alta attività, di cui almeno 1 anno recente in field sales
Esperienza nel settore automotive è un plus
Forti capacità relazionali e capacità di coinvolgere C-level e titolari di azienda.
Comprovata esperienza nella gestione dell'intero ciclo di vendita e nel raggiungimento dei risultati
Track record di successo in cold outreach, generazione di pipeline e sviluppo del business
Passione per gli strumenti digitali, le performance di vendita e il supporto alla crescita delle aziende
Italiano madrelingua e inglese fluente (la nostra lingua aziendale interna)
Patente di guida valida

We're now scaling out our presence in Italy, and this role is central to that.
We're looking for a Field Sales Consultant to own and develop our dealer network across Lazio, Campania, and surrounding regions. You'll report to the Head of Sales and work remotely when not on the road. This is a hunter role with a consultative edge, you'll open doors, run the full sales cycle, and stay close to the accounts you win. You'll be the face of AutoUncle in your territory, and the results will reflect your work directly.
In practice, this means:
Working against Monthly and Quarterly sales target
Around three days a week in the field, meeting dealers and prospects face to face
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline, with clear focus on KPIs and revenue targets
Managing and growing a portfolio of dealerships through new business, upsell, and cross-sell
Advising dealers on digital performance, using tools like Google Analytics and AU's own platform data to show real impact
Collaborating with our Sales, Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions
Joining the wider Italian team in Milan once a month to align on strategy
Minimum 2 years of B2B tech sales or consulting experience in a high-activity environment, including at least 1 year of recent remote field sales
Experience in the automotive is a plus
Confident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and delivering results
Track record of success in cold outreach, pipeline generation, and business development
Passion for digital tools, sales performance, and helping businesses grow
Native-level Italian and fluent English (our internal company language)
Valid driving license
