Job Summary

The Digital Sales Consultant is responsible for driving vehicle sales through online and digital channels while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on engaging prospects, responding to online inquiries, promoting vehicles on digital platforms, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into sales.

Requirements

Job responsibilities:

Online Lead Management

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries from website forms, social media, email, and digital campaigns.
• Qualify leads and forward high-potential prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all digital interactions in the CRM system.

Digital Sales & Customer Engagement

• Present vehicle information, features, pricing, and promotions through digital channels.
• Conduct virtual consultations, online demonstrations, and digital walkthroughs.
• Assist customers in understanding financing, warranty, and after-sales services digitally.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

• Work closely with the dealership sales team to follow up on digital leads.
• Support marketing campaigns by providing insights on customer behavior and lead engagement.
• Coordinate with social media and digital marketing teams to enhance online presence.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Track lead conversion, digital engagement metrics, and customer interactions.
• Prepare reports on online sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to digital processes based on performance insights.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Build relationships with online prospects and ensure a seamless digital experience.
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Address inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly to enhance trust and engagement.

Qualifications, Certifications & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4-6 years in sales, digital marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital sales platforms, social media, and online lead management.
