🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
1. Drive Revenue & Conversions (Primary Focus)
- Own a defined monthly mediation enrollment/debt consolidation disbursement quota
- Convert inbound and assigned leads into restructuring program enrollments
- Conduct structured financial assessment calls
- Present clear, compelling restructuring solutions
- Handle objections around affordability and trust
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to close within target timelines
2. Assess & Position Financial Solutions
- Evaluate borrower exposure, repayment capacity, and urgency
- Recommend structured solutions tailored to their situation
- Balance strong conversion with long-term sustainability
3. Manage Your Pipeline
- Track leads across stages: Contacted → Qualified → Offered → Closed
- Maintain high activity levels (calls, follow-ups, conversations)
- Prevent lead drop-offs through disciplined follow-ups
- Ensure 100% CRM accuracy
4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work with underwriting, product, and growth teams
- Align sales expectations with approval criteria
- Support smoother onboarding and faster issue resolution
5. Growth Opportunity

Performance Metrics & Success Criteria
Success in this role is measured through a combination of core revenue targets and ongoing performance indicators This is a highly metrics-driven position with clear expectations on both results and execution.
Core Revenue Targets (Non-Negotiable)
You are expected to consistently achieve the following:
- Monthly mediation enrollment / debt consolidation disbursement targets
- Monthly revenue targets
- Lead-to-enrollment / IPA conversion rate
- Average revenue per enrolled borrower
- Sales cycle time from lead to enrollment
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
In addition to core targets, performance will be evaluated based on:
- Overall revenue achievement (%)
- Conversion efficiency across funnel stages
- Lead aging and follow-up effectiveness
- Pipeline activity and contact rates
- CRM accuracy and discipline
- Early repayment performance and quality of enrollments
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 5–7 years in quota-driven sales, ideally in:
- Consumer Lending
- Digital Lending
- Debt Consolidation
- Mediation and Negotiations Advisory Services
- Solutions-based selling of financial products
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
