NPG of Yuma-El Centro in Yuma, Arizona has an immediate opening for a Digital Sales Assistant.
A Digital Sales Assistant must assist the sales team with managing client accounts and relationships, prepare sales proposals, contracts and presentations and coordinate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met. They must maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, assist with the planning and execution of sales events and promotions and provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. They will be responsible for preparing digital reporting, coordinating between local sales and our third-party digital partners to fulfill orders and monitor digital orders to ensure fulfillment.
Qualifications
A Digital Sales assistant should be organized and enthusiastic about helping local business thrive. Strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to understand advanced technology, and exceptional time management skills are necessary.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and pass a drug test and background check.
