THE TEAM

You’ll join our Digital Safety team, a group of cyber security professionals working at the heart of the business to ensure Digital Safety is as ingrained as Aircraft Safety. The team works closely with operational, commercial, regulatory and audit functions to protect easyJet’s systems, data and customers.

This role partners with the Supplier Resilience Lead, Digital Safety Risk and Assurance teams and a wide network of stakeholders across the business, creating real visibility and impact.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Safety Supplier Resilience Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and reducing cyber risk across our supplier network. You’ll monitor supplier risk exposure, assess third-party controls and help ensure risks remain within appetite, supporting a safe and resilient operation.

You’ll combine analytical thinking with collaboration, working across teams and with suppliers to strengthen our digital safety framework and continuously improve how we manage risk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • > Contributing to and continuously improving the supplier resilience programme

  • > Assessing and profiling third-party supplier risk and control effectiveness

  • > Monitoring suppliers and conducting reassessments based on risk indicators

  • > Supporting escalation of unresolved security risks to ensure timely mitigation

  • > Maintaining accurate supplier inventories and associated cyber risk levels

  • > Collaborating with supplier managers and SMEs to communicate and manage risk findings

  • > Supporting contract reviews with clear, reasoned risk assessments

  • > Producing documentation, run books and reporting for stakeholders and leadership

  • > Contributing to KPIs and performance metrics for supplier resilience

You’ll also support wider risk and assurance activity, including:

  • > Managing and reporting on risk remediation, controls and deviations

  • > Maintaining and updating risk registers for information assets and exceptions

  • > Supporting internal and external audit preparation and documentation

  • > Collating data to produce compliance and risk reports

  • > Facilitating meetings and ensuring clear tracking of actions and decisions

Requirements of the Role

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • > Experience in a cyber security, information security or risk-based role

  • > Understanding of risk management principles and security controls

  • > Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • > Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences

  • > Confidence collaborating with stakeholders across different business areas

  • > Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

  • > Structured approach to planning, reporting and documentation

Desirable:

  • > Relevant information security or risk management qualifications

  • > Experience working with third-party risk or supplier management

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
