Purpose
The purpose of this role is to identify defects, ensure high-quality, error-free delivery, improving user experience and execution of all digital services and features across U9's key digital products and platforms. This includes validating releases on the MOA app, M-Pitesan Consumer and Agent/Merchant apps, Website, Chatbot, and Dealer App.
Context
This position operates within the broader context of U9's digital transformation and customer experience strategy. As the organization expands its digital footprint, maintaining a high standard of quality and engagement across multiple platforms is essential.
