Digital Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in bringing that dream to life by helping families and investors find their perfect Filinvest home through innovative digital platforms. You will be responsible for using digital channels to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive sales of Filinvest properties This role involves utilizing online platforms, social media, and other digital marketing strategies to reach potential buyers and facilitate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Management:

  Identifying and qualifying potential buyers through online channels, social media, and other digital marketing efforts.

• Online Sales & Marketing:

  Creating and managing online content, engaging with leads, and facilitating virtual or physical meetings for product promotion and sales.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients through online communication and personalized interactions.

• Sales Support:

  Providing support to the sales team in their daily operations, including data analysis, reporting, and strategy implementation.

• Product Knowledge:

  Developing a strong understanding of Filinvest's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential buyers.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is often required.

• Experience:

  Experience in sales, particularly in the real estate industry, is an advantage.

• Skills:

  Excellent communication and networking skills, strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and proficiency in using online tools and platforms.

• Technical Skills:

  Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and analytics tools is often preferred.
