Digital Projects Coordinator II

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Coordinator II to support digital initiatives and project delivery within the Global Clinical Supplies organization. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking requests and deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and providing project visibility through effective status reporting and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities, collaborating across functions, and ensuring project activities remain on track. Working closely with Digital Project Leaders and Project Managers, the Digital Project Coordinator II will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of digital projects that drive business value and operational efficiency.

3 days weekly onsite in West Point, PA will be required.

What You Will Do:

As a Digital Project Coordinator II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Project Coordination & Support

  • Support Digital Project Leaders and Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives.
  • Maintain project tracking tools, schedules, and project-related documentation.
  • Assist with organizing project activities and ensuring deliverables are clearly tracked and documented.
  • Coordinate project meetings and help capture action items and follow-up activities.

Project Tracking & Prioritization

  • Track incoming project requests and maintain visibility of project pipelines.
  • Support prioritization discussions by organizing project data and reporting information.
  • Monitor project milestones, schedules, and key deliverables.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure project activities remain on schedule.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and distribute project status updates and reports.
  • Communicate project milestones, risks, and progress to stakeholders through established communication channels.
  • Support departmental communications related to project activities and accomplishments.
  • Ensure stakeholders have timely and accurate information to support decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business, operational, and technical stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Help identify dependencies, roadblocks, and opportunities for improved project execution.
  • Develop an understanding of broader organizational priorities and how projects contribute to business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability among project participants.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the implementation and use of project management best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, and communication processes.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining standardized project documentation and templates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project visibility and execution.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in clinical supplies and logistics, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, business support, or a related field.
  • Candidates without a degree should possess at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and project management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to understand the broader business context and connect project activities to organizational goals

Salary Range

$68,616.00-$85,770.00
