Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage complex SAP S/4HANA rollout projects in an international environment
• Develop and maintain detailed project and rollout plans
• Ensure the timely execution of all rollout activities
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate international project teams, business departments, and external service providers
• Ensure the successful implementation of local requirements within a global SAP template framework
• Organize, facilitate, and moderate project meetings and Steering Committee sessions
• Monitor project milestones, testing activities, and cutover execution
• Ensure compliance with defined project governance, quality standards, and methodologies
• Support the harmonization and standardization of business processes across multiple locations and regions

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 10 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager in complex international project environments
• Proven experience in multiple SAP projects, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP rollout management
• Experience with manufacturing processes and/or delivering IT projects within a manufacturing environment
• Successful track record of managing multiple full-cycle projects as an IT Project Manager.Experience working in global organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes
• Solid understanding of Agile project methodologies, including hands-on experience with Jira and user stories
• Experience managing complex project landscapes with sophisticated governance structures and a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style, combined with a confident presence in international environments
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirable
