We're looking for a hands-on Digital Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our web application and digital projects. You will be the single point of accountability that keeps projects moving coordinating developers, designers, SEO and digital marketing specialists, and clients so that work ships on time, on budget, and to the standard our clients expect.

This is a delivery-focused, individual-contributor role. You will not have direct reports, but you will drive the day-to-day work of cross-functional teams and vendors and be the person clients look to for updates and answers. Success in this role means projects that run smoothly, clients who stay informed and confident, and measurable results across web performance, SEO, and digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Plan and run the full lifecycle of web application and website projects- scope, timelines, resourcing, budgets, milestones, and delivery - from kickoff to launch and handover.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients: understand their goals, set expectations, present deliverables, and provide clear, regular status updates.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional team, developers, UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, content writers, and paid-media/digital marketing specialists - assigning tasks and holding owners to deadlines.
  
• Own SEO delivery on projects: ensure technical SEO best practices are built into web builds, and coordinate on-page, content, and off-page work with specialists.
  
• Manage digital marketing project delivery - campaigns across PPC, social, email, and content - tracking timelines, budgets, and performance against agreed KPIs.
  
• Write and maintain clear project documentation: briefs, scopes of work, project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
  
• Manage scope, risks, and change requests proactively; flag issues early and drive them to resolution.
  
• Run standups, sprint planning, and reviews using agile/hybrid delivery methods where appropriate.
  
• Coordinate testing, QA, and client sign-off before launch, and manage post-launch support and iteration.
  
• Track project profitability and keep stakeholders informed on budget vs. actuals.
  

What you'll bring

• 5 years of experience as a Digital / Web / Project Manager in a digital agency, web development, or software environment.
  
• UAE-based experience is required - a track record of delivering digital projects for clients in the Dubai / UAE market, with an understanding of local client expectations and ways of working.
  
• Solid working knowledge of web application and website delivery - you understand the build process well enough to communicate credibly with developers.
  
• Strong, practical understanding of SEO (technical and on-page) and digital marketing channels (PPC, social, content, email).
  
• Excellent organizational skills — able to run multiple projects in parallel without dropping details.
  
• Confident, clear communicator in English, comfortable managing both technical teams and clients. (Arabic is a plus.)
  
• Hands-on with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack).
  
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Comfortable owning budgets and timelines and being accountable for delivery.
  

Nice to have

• A technical background - e.g. familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (WordPress and similar), basic understanding of APIs, hosting, or development workflows. This is a strong plus but not a requirement.
  
• Formal project management certification
  
• Google Analytics / Google Ads / SEO tool certifications (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  
• Experience managing external vendors and freelancers.
