As our Digital Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of digital projects and programs across Veolia's Environment Services, Water and Energy lines of business, as well as core functions of Digital, Finance and People and Safety. Reporting to the Digital Program Manager, you will ensure projects align with business and digital strategies, meet quality standards, deliver intended benefits, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through a stakeholder-centric approach.

Opportunity to lead and influence agile adoption across the organisation
Deliver digital projects and programs following Veolia's Project Management Framework with ownership of project timeline, budget, scope, and ensuring solutions are fast to market with high adoption levels
Manage risk, issues, variations, and lessons learned registers while providing regular project status reporting to stakeholders
Nurture relationships and build digital and business engagement across diverse stakeholders, facilitating steering committees and presenting to Executive Sponsors
Drive implementation and rollout of new systems to existing and new Veolia sites with effective change management processes, ensuring appropriate training and documentation
3+ years of Project Management/Delivery experience
Experience working with interfaces between diverse systems, data sets, and multiple information references
Ability to apply analytical systems thinking
Strong communication skills
Business analysis skills
Enterprise Architecture experience desirable
