Digital Project Manager
Our client is seeking a strategic Digital Project Manager to own roadmap planning, project execution, and cross-functional coordination across the organization. This role
translates business priorities into actionable quarterly roadmaps and ensures disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Quarterly Roadmap Planning & Tracking
• Own the quarterly planning process for digital and operational initiatives.
• Translate leadership priorities into prioritized quarterly roadmaps.
• Partner with functional leaders to scope initiatives and assess feasibility.
• Manage re-prioritization and tradeoffs as priorities evolve.
• Ensure roadmap commitments are realistic and outcome-driven.
• Track progress against quarterly roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Own roadmap visibility, reporting status, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead quarterly planning reviews, mid-quarter check-ins, and retrospectives.
• Ensure initiatives are closed with documented outcomes.
Project & Program Management
• Own projects from intake through delivery.
• Build detailed plans aligned to quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead kickoffs, weekly status meetings, and stakeholder readouts.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Act as central coordination point across teams.
• Drive alignment on ownership, timelines, and execution.
• Reduce execution friction across dependencies.
Reporting & Communication
• Deliver executive-ready roadmap and project reporting.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs clearly.
Qualifications
• 5–7+ years in digital project, program, or operations management.
• Demonstrated ownership of roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred.
