Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Digital Project Apprentice contributes to the design, development, and implementation of innovative projects leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies. Under the supervision of a Senior Digital Project Manager, the apprentice supports data analysis activities, internal application development, digital project management, and the exploration of new technological approaches to drive the organization's digital transformation.

The apprentice also contributes to the management of the Data & AI project portfolio and plays an active role in knowledge sharing, documentation of developed solutions, and the identification of innovations that can enhance existing processes and tools. #JTS

Key responsibilities :

  1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to address business challenges and support data-driven decision-making.
  2. Develop internal applications and digital tools incorporating Data & AI components, including data visualization, automation, reporting, decision-support systems, and generative AI capabilities.
  3. Contribute to the design of data pipelines and the deployment of analytical solutions into production environments.
  4. Support digital innovation and transformation projects by contributing to functional scoping, planning, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  5. Participate in Data & AI Portfolio Management by:
    • Identifying and qualifying use cases;
    • Monitoring the progress of initiatives;
    • Supporting the consolidation of portfolio KPIs and metrics;
    • Preparing governance and management reporting materials;
    • Identifying risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
  6. Explore new ways to interface tools and data in order to simplify user experiences, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  7. Conduct technology and methodology watch activities across Data, AI, Generative AI, automation, collaborative tools, and emerging technologies.
  8. Document developments, architectures, processes, and best practices to ensure the sustainability, maintainability, and scalability of solutions.
  9. Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content and share knowledge with both business and technical teams to foster the adoption of digital solutions.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods, management tools, and digital governance processes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Technical Skills

  1. Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and the development of Data-driven solutions.

  2. Familiarity with web and application development frameworks such as Streamlit, Dash, Flask, or equivalent technologies.

  3. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or similar platforms.

  4. Understanding of data management and governance principles.

  5. Understanding of the fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation

  6. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup

  7. Understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles, Data & AI governance, and methods for tracking the business value of digital initiatives.

  8. Ability to understand and implement integration and interfacing mechanisms between tools, platforms, and data sources.

  9. Strong proficiency with digital collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent solutions.
