We are looking for an experienced Digital Program Management Lead to join our newly established Digital Strategy & Operations team and play a key role in driving visibility, governance, and execution across our digital portfolio.

In this highly individual contributor visible role, you will partner with senior business and technology leaders, ensuring strategic programs stay on track, risks are managed proactively, and leadership has a clear view of delivery progress across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Drive end-to-end governance and program management for Sonova's global CRM program
  • Build and maintain a Digital Program Management Office's dashboard to track progress and performance across the wider Digital Office portfolio
  • Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, digital, and IT teams
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and steering committee materials
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive effective escalation and resolution
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making

What you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, project management, management consulting, or a similar function
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in large multinational organizations
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills, including regular interaction with VP and C-level leaders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear executive updates
  • Experience with risk management, governance, and escalation processes
  • Fluent English additional languages are a plus
  • Background in MedTech, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries is a plus
