What you will do:

The Digital Program Coordinator serves as the central operational backbone and administrative anchor for this regional organization. Combining the rigorous operational mechanics of a Service Resource Coordinator (RC) and Project Administrator (PA) with modern SaaS program management, this position ensures the flawless execution, resource scheduling, financial tracking, and lifecycle administration of Trane’s connected digital solutions.

In this role you will:

Administer and maintain the regional repository of digital service agreements, recurring SaaS contracts, software licenses, platform enablement, and subscription renewals across the Upper Midwest customer portfolio.

Coordinate the provisioning, onboarding, and activation of Trane Cloud platforms, remote monitoring applications, Trane AI integrations, and intelligent building analytics.

Track contract renewal cycles, warranty expirations, and service agreement milestones to prevent service interruptions or billing lapses.

Create, configure, and maintain digital project records within Trane’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and field service management software.

Monitor project milestones, critical-path dependencies, and delivery schedules to ensure compliance with customer commitments.

Generate, publish, and distribute weekly and monthly project status dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional leadership.

Review and process project-related work orders, ensuring accurate labor and material coding prior to financial closeout.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the regional digital operations framework.

Schedule and support Digital team members to installation, maintenance, and emergency service calls.

Interface continuously with the Regional Digital Help Desk to triage incoming customer issues, automated building alerts, and connectivity interruptions.

Collaborate with the Digital ASM and Local Service Managers to forecast monthly labor demand, review capacity constraints, and identify staffing or subcontracting needs.

Act as the designated administrative escalation contact for customer inquiries regarding digital agreement status, service schedules, or billing questions.

Investigate service delays or administrative bottlenecks, coordinate corrective action with internal teams, and ensure rapid resolution.

Coordinate proactive communication with client facility managers regarding planned software maintenance windows, remote firmware updates, and on-site visits.

Represent Trane with professionalism, empathy, and clarity, upholding the company’s reputation for operational excellence and customer partnership

What you will bring:

Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology Management, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of successful experience in project coordination, service resource coordination, field dispatching, or project administration.

Proven track record within a technical field service organization, commercial HVAC/mechanical contracting firm, building automation system (BAS) provider, or technology solutions company.

Demonstrated experience managing project finances, including purchase orders, expense reconciliation, budget tracking, and customer invoicing.

Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, recurring service agreements, or software licensing lifecycles.

Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.

Technical & Software Aptitude: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint); ability to rapidly master proprietary scheduling, ERP, and SaaS management tools.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$68,178.33 - $94,640.00
