Job Description

A. PROFILE

Role Title: Digital Products Specialist

Reporting to: Htet Yun Hme Wai Hlaing

Division: Digital

Department / Section: Digital

B. CONTEXT

Purpose

Aid in expansion and growth of the digital products and services. Essential role in driving revenue with the expansion of services.

Context

The role will aid in driving high generating revenues products with strategic, innovation skill sets. The specialist role will research, identify and execute new digital opportunities ensuring alignment with the business objectives and customer needs.

C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Conduct periodic market tracking, competitor benchmarking, and generate actionable insights for digital products

· Monitor key performance metrics (DAU, MAU, ARPU, engagement, etc.) for digital products

· Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates

· Manage commercial aspects including pricing, revenue tracking, reconciliation, and invoicing

· Plan and execute go-to-market activities, including seasonal and festival campaigns, in coordination with Marketing, Product, CE, and other stakeholders

· Coordinate with partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely issue resolution, and delivery as per agreed scope

· Collaborate with Technology, Product Development, and partners for new product launches and enhancements

· Support CMS configurations, portal updates, content refresh, and UAT activities

· Assist CE teams in resolving day-to-day customer issues and escalations

· Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational issues

· Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of digital service portals

· Ensure campaigns and product operations comply with internal guidelines, T&Cs, and regulatory requirements

Revenue: Effective occasional campaign management along with improved Revenue trend

Products & Services Performance: Continuous customer interaction to the service, Users Growth

Market & Research: Number of actional insights for new products & features, Time to market for new products

Partner & Vendor Management: Number of Strategic Partnerships Established (Expands product/service ecosystem)

Customer Experience: Complaint / Issue Resolution Time (Tracks responsiveness to issues)

Innovation & Operations: Number of Pilot or Innovation Projects Initiated


E. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & DECISION MAKING

Interacts with

Internal: Marcoms, CE, Market Intelligence, Finance, ICT

External: Partners

Decision Making:

Decision making will be depended upon the reporting manager

F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

· 2 to 5 years of experience in campaign management, digital products or gaming/entertainment platforms

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a revenue-focused mindset

· Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills

· Experience working with external vendors/partners

· Basic understanding of technical integrations, tastings and digital platforms is a plus

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Entry Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
