Responsibilities:
• Own the European business systems and digital product roadmap across customer, partner and operational journeys.
• Partner with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into structured product requirements, user stories and delivery priorities.
• Act as the primary interface between European business teams and Global Product, Technology and Engineering teams.
• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of customer-facing and internal systems, including CRM, lead management, test drive booking, customer communications, ordering and partner platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks for business requirements, prioritisation, release management and deployment readiness.
• Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, usability, operational efficiency and customer experience at the forefront.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning and business readiness activities for new system releases.
• Monitor system performance, user adoption and business impact, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.

• Proven experience leading digital product, business systems, CRM or technology transformation initiatives within automotive, retail, e-commerce or other customer-centric industries.
• Strong track record of translating complex business requirements into successful technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys, operational processes and system architecture.
• Experience working closely with product, engineering and technology teams in agile delivery environments.
• Strong programme and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
• Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving and prioritisation.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
• Customer-focused, commercially minded and passionate about leveraging technology to drive business performance and customer experience
