  • Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for development teams

  • Work with data teams to define KPIs, reporting structures, and business metrics
  • Ensure business applications provide meaningful insights and measurable value to users
  • Help improve data usability, visibility, and accessibility across teams

User Experience & Process Improvement

  • Understand user needs and business workflows to improve usability and adoption
  • Collaborate with technical teams on application structure, workflows, and overall user experience
  • Contribute to defining intuitive and scalable digital experiences
  • Help simplify complex business and reporting processes

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Support prioritization of features and initiatives based on business value and user impact
  • Participate in planning, discovery, and product discussions

Education & Experience Recommended

  • 5+ years of experience in product strategy, business analysis, digital solutions, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of business processes, reporting, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working with customer and partner data
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
  • Experience collaborating with software development teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward

Impact & Scope
• Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

Complexity
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
