Digital Product Owner (PO)

What you do
The Digital Transformation team drives strategic initiatives for our branches, contact centre and RM-Assisted channels. The role and responsibility of the Product Owner for CRUISE (CRM system):

- A ssume the role of digital Product Owner (PO) for designated projects and system enhancements for CRUISE
- To lead and contribute to the execution of digital transformation strategy and roadmap by actively engaging in Branch and Contact Centre capability build projects
- Oversees and support all systems-related initiatives relevant to Digital Branches, with the intention to improve our processes that will help to increase sales staff productivity, automated and straight-through, and to transform customers' banking experience with us

- Partner business leads, technology project managers and external vendors (where required) to deliver the digital agenda within scope, timeline and budget.
- Liaises with business users, stakeholders and/or external parties to define requirements and designs. Accountable for end-to-end business requirement gathering and definition.
- Maintain the product backlog using inputs from stakeholders, responsible for building, editing, and maintaining of the team backlog encompassing all epics, user stories, features and defects.

- Manage relationships and communicate clearly with key stakeholders on project status, key risks, and issues.
- Responsible for the development of business requirements, business case, including user acceptance testing, change management, training, communications as well as redefining business processes and driving the target operating model design.

- Manage the system issues escalated by Branches, Premier Banking, Contact Centre, CLF - Telemarketing, Anti-Fraud to ensure timely resolution.


Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience doing business/system analysis, requirements gathering and testing management (UAT) skill. Having CRM knowledge and skill is an advantage.
- Solid project management, business analysis, change management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work & coordinate cross functionally and with people of all levels.
- Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment.
- Experienced in managing and balancing the needs of business and IT.
- Independent, self-motivated with high drive, initiative, and commitment to work as a team.

- Technology-savvy, demonstrating strong understanding of technology and proven track-record of effectively articulating value to business units.
