About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our Digital Business Solutions team and lead the digital transformation of our Real Estate, Workplace Experience and Record Management (REWxRiM) function.

As Product Owner, you will bridge business and technology, translating strategic goals into actionable digital solutions that optimize real estate operations, workplace services, and employee experience.

This role is pivotal in driving the global implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) in 2026, shaping digital solutions that support our workplace strategy and enhance employee experience across more than 40 countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for digital solutions under REWxRiM domain, aligned with business goals and user needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and digital teams.

  • Lead the global IWMS implementation, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and security standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Architecture, Integrations, Regional IT, Cybersecurity) and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery.

  • Provide digital consultancy to business stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing across teams and regions.

  • Support vendor evaluations, RFPs, and contract negotiations when applicable.

About you:

  • 5–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital project management.

  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise business applications or SaaS solutions

  • Experience implementing Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) or similar platforms for Facility Management, Asset Management, Car Fleet Management, or Workplace Optimization.

  • Experience implementing Record Management and Digital Archiving harmonization projects.

  • Hands-on experience with business process design and enterprise system implementations.

  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.

  • Understanding of global workplace trends and employee experience best practices.

  • Experience collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and regional teams.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, outcome-focused mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and ambiguous environment.

  • Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience.

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and analytical mindset.

  • Comfortably working across time zones and cultures in a global organization.

  • Knowledge of digital solutions forFacilities Management, Fleet Management, Workplace Services and Record Management.

  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), Service systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and integrations is a plus.

Education & Certifications

  • Required bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Product Owner or Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PSM) are a plus.

  • IWMS or Facility Management certifications are a plus.
