Mölnlycke is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join its Digital Customer Engagement team at the headquarters in Gothenburg. Reporting to the Digital Area Manager, this role will support the digital sales strategy and drive the delivery of CRM capabilities that enable the entire commercial organization to achieve its objectives.
Why This Role Matters
The Digital Product Owneris accountable for defining the digital product vision and development roadmap, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs. The role leads the product DevOps team and is responsible for creating, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver against product KPIs, critical deadlines and operational reliability.

As a Digital Product Owner in CRM, you may act as “Initiative lead” for any DCE cross team initiatives that needs active leadership in delivering the intended result (Definition of Done) as defined in the Initiative.
