Build Laboratory Digital Products That Actually Matter
We are looking for a Digital Product Owner who wants to take real ownership of laboratory digital products and deliver meaningful outcomes. This role is for someone who values clarity, focus, and impact, and is comfortable making decisions in a regulated, fast-paced research and clinical environment.
As a Digital Product Owner, you will define the product vision and priorities for one of our key laboratory digital products. You will work closely with lab scientists, QA/compliance, data stakeholders, and IT to ensure we build solutions that deliver the greatest value to our users and business.
Your Mission
Own and communicate a clear product vision aligned with lab goals and regulatory requirements.
Translate strategic initiatives into a prioritized, outcome-driven backlog.
Ensure delivered features create real lab value while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Act as the primary interface between the laboratory and development IT teams.
What You Will Do
Define and continuously refine the product roadmap.
Prioritize the backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies.
Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria and validation requirements.
Accept delivered work and ensure quality, compliance, and value realization.
Engage with stakeholders to align expectations and manage trade-offs.
Use data and feedback to guide product decisions and improvements.
What You Bring
Experience as a Product Owner, Laboratory IT Product Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of agile ways of working and laboratory delivery.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on backlog management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort making decisions and setting clear priorities in a regulated environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with LIMS, ELN, or enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM) in a lab context.
Experience working under GLP/GMP or similar conditions.
Familiarity with data-driven product development and KPIs relevant to lab operations.
