Job Description
The Digital Product Manager – Order to Invoice (OTI), Warehouse Operations, Transportation & Regulatory (WO&TR) owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of warehouse, logistics, transportation, and regulatory capabilities within Sherwin-Williams' OTI domain. This role ensures alignment to enterprise business objectives, program governance, and Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) delivery standards while driving execution across warehouse operations, transportation management, shipping execution, logistics integrations, transportation regulatory compliance, and related supply chain capabilities. The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners, Process, Deployment, DT Engineering, Testing, and Operational stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient fulfillment solutions that enable end-to-end order execution and customer delivery. This role directly leads and coaches two Product Owners while providing strategic direction, product governance, and portfolio oversight across the WO&TR product domain.
1) Own the WO&TR Product Roadmap & Strategy
- Define and maintain the roadmap for Warehouse Operations, Transportation & Regulatory (WO&TR), aligned to ETG governance and product strategy.
- Ensure WO&TR capabilities adhere to program governance, documentation standards, scope controls, and Change Request (CR) processes.
- Prioritize features using value versus effort principles and manage dependencies across WO&TR and related OTI workstreams, including Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Order Management & Pricing, Promotions, Discounts & Rebates (OM-PPD&R).
- Lead and coach two assigned Product Owners, ensuring alignment to the WO&TR roadmap, backlog priorities, refinement readiness, and Agile delivery best practices.
- Manage feature backlogs using Jira, ensuring clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
- Establish strategic priorities that improve warehouse efficiency, transportation effectiveness, logistics performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Accountable for overall WO&TR portfolio performance, backlog health, release readiness, value realization, and alignment to OTI strategic objectives.
2) Deliver and Govern Warehouse & Logistics Solutions
- Support program-approved solutions for Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS), warehouse execution, inventory movement, picking, packing, shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse automation capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to design, optimize, and govern warehouse and logistics workflows.
- Oversee functional capabilities supporting inventory visibility, order fulfillment, operational reporting, warehouse productivity, and shipping execution.
- Create and maintain testing documentation for Oracle Cloud, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Global Trade Management (GTM), Redwood Pick, Pack & Ship (PP&S), and integrated boundary applications such as Trade Automation (TA).
- Coordinate solution delivery through program governance and partner with internal and external teams as required.
3) Serve as Day-to-Day Logistics, Transportation & Regulatory Lead for Enterprise Initiatives & Deployments
- Lead transportation, logistics, and regulatory readiness for enterprise initiatives, deployment programs, and strategic transformation efforts.
- Steward and enhance Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management (GTM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Redwood Pick, Pack & Ship (PP&S), and Trade Automation capabilities.
- Partner with logistics, warehouse, transportation, and deployment leaders to define and execute future-state operational capabilities.
- Support carrier connectivity, shipment planning, freight execution, shipment visibility, transportation optimization, and logistics performance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standardized transportation and warehouse processes across business units and geographic regions.
- Define and execute testing requirements, including end-to-end fulfillment, transportation execution, logistics integration, and regulatory compliance scenarios.
4) Lead Transportation Regulatory & Compliance Solutions
- Ensure solutions support transportation-related regulatory requirements, trade compliance obligations, and operational controls.
- Partner with Trade Automation, Logistics, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, and Business Process teams to define and implement compliant transportation capabilities.
- Support hazardous materials shipping requirements, transportation documentation, import/export controls, and country-specific transportation compliance processes.
- Ensure transportation and warehouse solutions meet audit requirements, internal controls, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, and change management activities associated with new regulatory requirements and process changes.
5) Translate Enterprise Business Objectives into Actionable Technology Outcomes
- Act as the liaison between business teams and IT to ensure requirements are fully documented, prioritized, and translated into scalable solutions.
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements across warehouse operations, transportation execution, logistics management, and regulatory compliance.
- Simplify and define Sherwin-Williams fulfillment, logistics, and distribution processes in alignment with approved enterprise designs.
- Partner with Solution Architecture, Engineering, Deployment, and Operations teams to deliver business value while proactively managing dependencies and risks.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging warehouse, transportation, logistics, and supply chain technologies.
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across the WO&TR domain.
6) Measure Outcomes, Manage Risk, and Continuously Improve
- Define and track KPIs such as warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, shipping accuracy, transportation cost performance, fulfillment cycle time, on-time delivery, adoption, and defect escape rate.
- Maintain RAID items and Change Requests (CRs) in alignment with program governance.
- Ensure scenario coverage, SIT/UAT readiness, and coordinate defect triage with Capability Assurance and Testing teams.
- Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts across warehouse, transportation, logistics, regulatory, and technology teams.
- Monitor value realization and operational outcomes to ensure product investments align with strategic business objectives.
This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or related technology roles.
- 6+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or related enterprise platform experience.
- 3+ years of managing technology projects and enterprise-level implementations.
- 3+ years of managing projects.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives across complex organizations.
- Expertise in allocation of resources (people, tools, and environments) to enable Product teams to deliver on strategic goals.
- Financial acumen to manage and adhere to plans, budgets, and value creation objectives.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation processes, logistics execution, fulfillment workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or similar logistics technologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience balancing feature delivery tradeoffs and business priorities.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Sherwin-Williams products, operations, and OTI lifecycle processes.
- Experience leading or coaching Product Owners, including direct oversight of multiple Product Owners supporting a shared product portfolio.
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS), Global Trade Management (GTM), and E2open/Trade Automation.
- Experience with warehouse modernization, transportation transformation, logistics optimization, or distribution initiatives.
- Familiarity with hazardous materials shipping, transportation compliance, international trade, and regulatory processes.
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) integrations, carrier connectivity, and transportation execution platforms.
- Background in large-scale ERP transformations and global deployment programs.
- Experience supporting distribution, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations within a complex global enterprise.
