The Opportunity: Your Next Adventure Awaits?
As a Digital Product Manager within our EY Studio + practice, you sit at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology.
Your industry focus lies in the Financial Services, where you partner with leading banks, insurers, and wealth managers to shape the digital products and platforms their customers interact with every day. From onboarding journeys and self-service portals to mobile banking apps and beyond.

You map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for personalization.
