Digital Product Manager – Bupa Dental (Byte Squad)
About the role
As a Digital Product Manager in the Bupa Dental (‘Byte’) squad, you’ll lead the development of digital experiences that help customers discover, book and access dental care with ease.
You’ll sit at the centre of business, customer and technology—contributing to the product vision and driving delivery that improves both customer outcomes and commercial performance. Partnering closely with Bupa Dental Operations, Technology (e.g. Salesforce, Dentally), Clinical and Commercial teams will be a key part of success in this role. From optimising digital booking pathways to unlocking new partnership opportunities, you’ll play a key role in growing Bupa’s Dental offering.
This role combines strategy and delivery—owning the roadmap, leading discovery, and ensuring initiatives deliver real value to both customers and the business.
