Job Description

The Digital Product Implementation Manager supports Aetna Health customizations and leads the definition, deployment and integration of advanced digital capabilities across Aetna’s customers. This role independently drives successful implementations while managing multiple deliveries, collaborating with a range of business partners, and working directly with customers throughout the implementation process. You will sit at the intersection of the Technology team, the Business, and the Customer to ensure we are building best-in-class digital experiences for our members and clients. As an enthusiastic, self-led professional, you will leverage your passion for doing what’s right for our members to deliver the right solutions to meet business and market needs. You have superior program management and communication skills, strong attention to detail and are able to manage multiple priorities at once. You thrive on collaboration and working across teams. You are a self-starter who can expertly navigate complex organizations. You have a digital-first, data-driven mindset. You are quick to adapt to business and customer needs to deliver digital enhancements that improve the member experience, create operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead the end-to-end customer implementation of digital technology solutions, including SSO and API integrations
• Own requirements gathering, documentation, and communication of digital solutions to business partners, supporting teams, and the customer
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and define project scope
• Effectively communicate, influence, and translate customer needs into solutions that deliver value while aligning with Aetna’s strategic vision
• Communicate project risks, blockers, progress, and delivery impacts, including in customer-facing discussions when needed
• Provide business and technical guidance and expertise throughout the implementation process, proactively troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the customer’s digital needs are implemented effectively and securely
• Identify and support process improvement opportunities that increase delivery efficiency, consistency, and scalability across implementations
• Partner across teams to surface recurring delivery friction and recommend practical improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working
• Leverage data and analytics to strategically inform discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy and/or digital delivery
• 5+ years leading cross-functional team and managing projects from discovery through implementation, delivery, and support
• 5+ years of experience working with and presenting to customers and/or executives
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare
• Up to 10% travel annually

• Demonstrated relationship management skills and the ability to quickly build and maintain credible relationships across varying levels of the organization
• Previous experience in agile product development
• Proven experience designing new processes and leading change adoption efforts that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Proven experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, within a highly matrixed environment. Strong negotiation, analytical, and project coordination skills
• Able to balance the ideal state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals in the immediate term.
• Excel at time management and able to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
