Purpose
Contribute to the design of compelling digital products — supporting research, ideation, and the creation of UX and UI artefacts that help deliver meaningful experiences for users and clients.
Orientation
Learn and apply product design methods at the project level; developproficiencyin UX and UI design under the guidance of more senior designers; grow your craft, your collaboration skills, and your understanding of design within a commercial context.

Years of Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital product design or a related field.
Exposure to UX and UI design processes, including wireframing and prototyping.
Awareness of design systems and component-based approaches.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or a related field.

Project
Support the design lead in delivering a workstream with quality and pace.
Collaborate actively with researchers, engineers, content designers, and strategists.
Manage your own tasks effectively within project timelines.
Client
Engage with client teams in a professional and collaborative way.
Develop confidence presenting design thinking and inviting feedback.
Build an understanding of client context, user needs, and business goals.
Community
Activelyparticipatein studio events, design critiques, and community sessions.
Support more senior designers in organising and delivering team initiatives.
Skillset
Early-stage product design portfoliodemonstratingvisual craft, process, and growing range.
Proficiencyin Figma; developing knowledge of the broader design toolchain.
Understanding of user research methods and how to apply findings to design decisions.

Applications without a design portfoliodemonstratingcraft quality, process, and relevant experience will not be considered.
