Location: Bangalore – India

We are seeking a Digital Product Analyst with deep Manhattan OMS experience and strong expertise in technology strategy and integrations This role will define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and integration mapping, and serve as the liaison between engineering, product, and business for strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of Manhattan OMS, and the ability to influence strategic decisions across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product Managers and business in leading business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications
  • Partner with engineering and product to create design documents, integration mapping for API, design standards, and business rules.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments of new capabilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the engineering team members
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
  • Stay current with Manhattan OMS capabilities, supply chain technologies, API best practices, and integration trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS, including order management, fulfillment, and inventory management modules.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and integration mapping for APIs, business rules, and reporting.
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment, including working with Scrum teams, sprints, and iterative delivery.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to influence business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and integration platforms (APIs, ETL, middleware) is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • A passion for and understanding digital products and marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to synthesize data into actionable goals.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and definition.
  • A deep understanding of the contemporary digital ecosystem. Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas the ability to conduct market research.
  • Ability to design and document extensive test scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision making and creative concepts.
  • The ability to use office automation, communication, software, and tools in the MillerKnoll office environment.

Note This role will work in the shift timing of 3:30pm to 12:30pm IST in a Hybrid mode (no remote working option).
