We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Digital Producer This role will report to the Executive Manager, Digital Marketing.

A bit about your role

As the Digital Producer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing digital experiences across nbn’s digital platforms, including the website, B2B portal and AI-powered digital assistant. You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of digital content and experience improvements, ensuring changes are prioritised based on customer impact, business value and strategic objectives. You are skilled in website content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager experience being highly regarded. You possess a strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, accessibility standards and digital analytics. Your experience working within Agile environments enables you to confidently coordinate competing priorities, manage delivery timelines and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. With exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and a customer-centred mindset, you build trusted relationships and influence positive outcomes through insight, collaboration and empathy. You embrace emerging technologies such as generative AI and marketing automation and are motivated by opportunities to create better digital experiences that make a meaningful difference.
