Join Qantas in our brand-new Product and Innovation Centre located in Adelaide to help meet evolving consumer needs by enabling agile teams to deliver faster, more adaptive solutions that prioritise customer value, continuous feedback, and innovation at every stage of the product lifecycle.

As the Digital Producer, you will collaboratively deliver customer facing digital products and content experiences for Qantas. You will work in a high performing cross-functional digital product team and be the ‘translator’ between business, technology, product and product opportunities.

As the Producer, you will work within an agile team and play a key role in the planning, viability and timely delivery of digital products, driving exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of website enhancements, new products, mobile applications, and management of third party suppliers are core to this role.

You’ll have:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a digital / web / or content producer.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Design and/or relevant field.
  • Previous experience working across a wide range of digital products (content or product).
  • Creative skills to oversee the production of quality digital content and/or products.
  • Ability to develop strategy based on strong research and data analysis or competitive reviews.
  • Creative skills in copywriting and planning editorial for large scale ecommerce website or online publishing platform including SEO/SEM requirements.
  • Skills in Adobe platforms Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager highly desirable or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and sets to produce compelling web based solutions.
  • Ability to estimate delivery of digital projects and/or product assessment.
  • Experience in web platform development and content management systems.
  • Familiar working in an Agile environment, with Agile certifications (CSM, PSM)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and browser interactions.
