, with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home, Monday to Friday on a morning shift. The office is located at
The Curve, 11th Floor, 32nd Street corner 3rd Avenue, BGC, Taguig City
The Digital Producer role will support the Marketing team in delivering digital marketing assets as well as the management of the websites across the business. Website management will include updates for the business through a CMS as well as through SharePoint file updates. Knowledge and capability with marketing automation platforms, Google digital suite and social media platforms (owned and paid) are also desired.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with content management via CMS – updating sites, creating pages etc – preferably
WordPress
• Experience with marketing automation systems – building and sending EDMs, forms, journeys etc. – preferably recent
HubSpot experience
• Strong communication skills
• WordPress or similar content management system – updating content on pages and layouts
• Marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or similar
•
SEO knowledge
and skills highly desirable – technical SEO and content gap analysis – using tools such as
SEMRush/SERanking
to support activity
Software skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• CMS – WordPress preferable
• Marketing automation platform - HubSpot preferable
Website management
• Content management – regular updates to websites – page layouts and content
• Briefing in image requirements to design team
• Review and approval of existing page changes from business
• Building new pages
Marketing automation platform
• EDM build and sends – ability to work to brand guidelines but include best practice in layouts and EDMs structures
• Journey/automation builds
• Form builds
• Campaign setup
• Dynamic list generation based on business rules
Reporting
• SEO audit management of main sites, keyword analysis, competitor gap analysis
• Reporting – Google analytics, GSC
Technical
• GTM knowledge
• Google Ads knowledge
Social media/advertising
• Scheduling of organic posts
• Campaign management – LinkedIn and Meta
• Building audience lists to use for retargeting
