JOB PURPOSE

Prada Group is looking for a Digital Post Producer who will ensure the quality and consistency of digital content across post-production workflows.
The role is responsible for validating outputs across all Prada Group brands’ imagery, performing quality checks and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Leveraging AI-enabled workflows, the Digital Post Producer supports efficient and scalable content refinement, including still-life & on-model post-production for eCommerce and editorials.
Working closely with AI Editors and Stylists, the candidate ensures that final assets meet creative vision and brand expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and apply quality control frameworks and act as a human-in-the-loop validator for all assets.
  • Review industrial shootings to ensure quality standards.
  • Trigger refinements and regenerate AI-generated assets when needed.
  • Perform quality checks across all AI-generated assets.
  • Support traditional shootings on set, ensuring outputs meet quality standards.
  • Outline post-production notes to guide asset refinement (both traditional and AI-generated).o
  • Execute post-production activities directly using AI tools and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and support the optimization of production workflows.
  • Provide feedback to improve workflows and approval processes.
  • Partner with AI Editors across generation and refinement cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Styling teams and Producers on asset validation and refinement.
  • Contribute to defining best practices for asset validation and scaling efficient post-production workflows

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

3-5 years of experience in digital post-production, e-commerce content production or creative operations (luxury or high-end fashion brand preferred).
Strong understanding of e-commerce visual standards and PDP asset requirements.
Proficiency with post-production and editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, etc.).
Familiarity with AI-generated asset workflows and AI generators (e.g. Google Vertex, Higgsfield, Seedance) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and quality-control mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
