Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Matric (required)
FAIS and advice accreditation (preferably RE5 and COB3)
Aspirations towards becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
Experience:
1-3 years of sales experience in the insurance industry
Participate in campaigns to upsell products to existing clients.
Ensure timely completion of administrative and reporting tasks.
Meet set targets for production, quality, and conversion rates.
Escalate client queries to the relevant department when necessary.
Take ownership of personal career development.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
Adaptability to different buyer behaviors
