KeyInvest is seeking a Digital Platform Project & Testing Lead to drive the delivery and release readiness of our member portal and digital platform enhancements.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for ensuring platform changes are well-coordinated, thoroughly tested and ready for production in a regulated financial services environment.
About the Role
You will play a critical role in coordinating portal delivery, Salesforce uplift, and cross-platform integrations, ensuring all changes go live safely, efficiently and with clear testing evidence.
This role sits above a standard BA/Test Analyst level and requires someone who can drive delivery, lead UAT governance and coordinate across multiple systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platform Delivery
Coordinate delivery of enhancements across KeyInvest’s member portal and digital platforms
Support key initiatives including unit pricing capability, Salesforce uplift and NFDA white-label integration
Track milestones, dependencies and delivery risks across multiple systems
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Leadership
Lead planning and coordination of UAT across business, technology and vendor teams
Develop test plans, scripts and schedules aligned to delivery timelines
Ensure strong test coverage, defect management and resolution tracking
Maintain clear testing evidence and stakeholder sign-off prior to release
Vendor & Technology Coordination
Work closely with external vendors and technology partners delivering platform components
Coordinate delivery across portal, Salesforce and supporting systems
Escalate risks impacting delivery timelines or release readiness
Release & Change Governance
Support structured release and change control processes
Ensure all changes are tested, documented and approved before deployment
Maintain audit-ready testing artefacts and documentation
Stakeholder Communication
Provide clear updates on delivery progress, testing outcomes and risks
Support business users participating in UAT to ensure efficient execution
What You Bring
You are a delivery-focused professional with strong experience in digital platforms and testing governance.
You will demonstrate:
Proven experience delivering digital platforms, portals or customer-facing systems
Strong experience leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Exposure to Salesforce implementations or platform uplift initiatives
Experience working across multiple systems and vendor environments
Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to testing and validation
Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies and drive practical solutions
Highly Regarded
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Experience with cross-system integrations and complex delivery environments
Familiarity with structured testing, release and governance processes
Experience maintaining test artefacts, defect logs and evidence documentation
