What you will do in this role

-Deliver a premium, personalized styling experiencevia chat and email, replicating the in-store luxury client advisor journey.
-Provideaccurateand engaging product recommendations, including sizing,fit, and styling advice.
-Create complete looks by mixing and matching products and suggesting complementary items.
-Drive e-commerce sales performance by achieving targets and applying upselling and cross-selling techniques.
-Manage multiple client interactions while meeting SLA response times andmaintaininghigh-quality communication.
-Build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Your qualifications

-Fluent Englishwith strong written communication skills (essential for client interactions).
-Experience in customer service, retail, or fashion-related roles is highly valued.
-Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury brands, with the ability to learn product details quickly.
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
-Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
-Sales-driven attitude with the ability toidentifyopportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

-Full-time 39 hours/week, permanent contract Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 3:00
-Salary 20.600€ gross/year + up to 2.400€ in performance bonus
