As a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving digital growth by developing and executing data driven performance marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, acquire new consumers, and enhance customer retention. Working closely with CRM, Commercial and regional teams, you will optimise the end to end digital consumer journey through integrated campaigns, audience insights and continuous performance optimisation to maximise return on investment.
Develops and executes integrated performance marketing strategies across digital channels including SEM, SEO, social media, programmatic, affiliate marketing, display advertising and retargeting.
Drives consumer acquisition and retention by delivering targeted campaigns that increase quality traffic to Nespresso's digital platforms.
Owns the digital path to purchase, optimising awareness, consideration and conversion throughout the consumer journey.
Collaborates with CRM, Commercial and regional teams to deliver seamless consumer experiences across paid, owned and lifecycle marketing channels.
Activates first party data to personalise communications and improve campaign performance across the customer lifecycle.
Manages digital campaigns from planning through execution, working closely with media and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of high quality assets.
Implements global campaigns locally while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, consumer experience standards and market requirements.
Monitors campaign performance, evaluates media effectiveness and provides actionable insights to optimise audience targeting, channel mix and return on investment.
Continuously tests, analyses and refines digital marketing initiatives using data driven insights and industry best practices.
Benchmarks local digital performance against global best practices and the competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing, with hands on experience managing SEM, programmatic advertising, retargeting, custom audiences and paid digital campaigns.
Experience working with digital marketing platforms and technologies such as Google Ads, DSP, DMP, Display & Video 360 (DoubleClick), SEO and web analytics tools. Google Certification is an advantage.
Experience in brand management with the ability to balance brand building objectives alongside performance marketing outcomes.
Knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing and first party data activation to improve acquisition and retention strategies.
Experience in website management and optimisation is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate actionable insights and optimise marketing effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working collaboratively across cross functional teams and external agencies.
