Job Role

The Digital Operations & Automation Specialist will be responsible for building, structuring, and optimizing the company's digital operational infrastructure across multiple business functions. This role focuses on designing scalable systems, integrating platforms, automating workflows, and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

The position requires a strategic and hands-on specialist capable of understanding real business operations, identifying process inefficiencies, and translating operational challenges into practical digital solutions through workflow automation, system integration, and centralized operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, optimize, and maintain operational workflows and automations within project management platforms.
• Restructure and manage centralized document management systems across business units.
• Design and implement integrations between collaboration tools, CRM systems, cloud platforms, and operational software.
• Develop workflow automations and AI-driven solutions to reduce repetitive manual tasks.
• Build operational dashboards and reporting systems for real-time business visibility.
• Analyze existing workflows and redesign scalable operational processes across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and system improvement opportunities.
• Configure automation tools, middleware platforms, and API-based integrations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous process optimization projects.
• Ensure system organization, operational efficiency, and scalable infrastructure development across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in systems optimization, digital operations infrastructure, workflow automation, or process improvement roles.
• Experience working within fast-growing startups, scale-up businesses, or dynamic multi-functional organizations.
• Prior exposure to Real Estate, Property Development, Hospitality, Agencies, or related operational environments is preferred.
• Strong experience configuring and optimizing project management, collaboration, and document management platforms.
• Advanced expertise in workflow automation, middleware integrations, API connectivity, and operational system architecture.
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI tools and AI-based workflow automations within business operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical digital solutions.
• Highly independent, proactive, and capable of operating in fast-moving and evolving business environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
