Criteria for Clickstop's internal hiring process:
- Employee has been employed with Clickstop for at least 6 months.
- Employee is Engaged.
- Employee is meeting the expectations of their current role.
- Employee is in good standing as defined by not currently under formal discipline and has not received formal discipline in the prior 90 days.
- Employee and their current manager have discussed the opportunity prior to applying.
What to expect during the internal hiring process:
Within three business days of submitting your application, you can expect the following:
- Your current manager will receive a notification from Greenhouse prompting them to complete a scorecard evaluating your engagement and performance in your current role.
- Your current manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will meet to discuss the details of the scorecard, and it will be determined if we will proceed with your application.
- If we choose to proceed, you will receive an email from the TAS notifying you that we will be proceeding with your application and it will include a scheduling link to set up time with the open role’s hiring manager
- If we choose not to proceed, you will meet with your manager to discuss why we will not be proceeding with your application at this time.

What you’ll be doing:

- Strengthening Amazon listing and catalog performance through strategic merchandising, market research, and optimization.
- Using data, customer insights, and marketplace trends to make informed decisions that support profitable growth.
- Taking ownership of marketplace execution while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, listings, and customer experiences.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to drive alignment, execution quality, and measurable marketplace impact.
Amazon Merchandising Responsibilities
- Conduct market, keyword, and competitor research to identify opportunities that improve marketplace positioning and customer conversion
- Create and optimize Amazon listing content, catalog structure, pricing, and merchandising strategies using data-driven insights and marketplace best practices.
- Manage catalog organization, product variations, and assortment decisions to improve customer experience and profitability.
- Partner cross-functionally with inventory, operations, and marketing teams to align merchandising, fulfillment, inventory, and advertising strategies.
- Create and optimize new product listings focused on market data and SEO best practices. Collaborating with advertisers to strengthen marketing target efforts.
- Execute marketplace projects with strong attention to detail, accountability, and process consistency while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Amazon Merchandising Specialist Critical Skills

- Understand how product listings, advertising, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and profitability interact to reach goals.
- Diagnose performance and listing issues and identify opportunities to improve overall marketplace performance, not just individual tasks.

- Analyze customer behavior, keyword demand, competitors, and category trends to identify marketplace opportunities.

3. Commercial Judgment & Profitability Awareness
- Balance sales growth with pricing, advertising, fulfillment, inventory, and profitability considerations.

4. Demand, Inventory & Fulfillment Alignment
- Align merchandising, inventory, fulfillment, and pricing decisions to support customer demand and operational efficiency.
- Anticipate inventory risks, fee exposure, and fulfillment challenges before they impact marketplace performance.

5. Ownership, Prioritization & Execution Discipline

Ideal Qualifications:
- Skilled in utilizing Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, and related e-commerce tools.
- Understanding of Amazon's algorithms and best practices.
- Understanding of and experience executing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics; background in market and keyword research, content creation, and pricing strategy.
- Knowledge and experience in Marketing and Merchandising.
- Proficient in Excel.
