Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. Our Digital Sales team operate across markets on a global scope. Together, they drive and scale our D2C and Marketplace business, combining commercial focus with data-driven execution. Digital is a key part of our future growth strategy, and the team plays a central role in accelerating sales, strengthening our direct consumer relationships, and shaping the next phase of our digital journey.

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Lead to drive conversion and commercial impact across our D2C channels.

In this role, you will lead our digital merchandising and on-site commercial strategy – with a clear focus on conversion, AOV and profitable growth. You will shape how our product assortment is presented, activated and optimized based on on-site behavior and commercial opportunities.

The role combines strategy and execution – you set the direction while staying close to the work across site merchandising, campaigns and conversion optimization.

You will not have direct reports initially, but you will work closely with our Digital Merchandiser and local markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Own both strategy and hands-on execution within digital merchandising, with a strong focus on on-site optimization and commercial impact

  • Own how products, categories and campaigns are presented on-site to maximize engagement, conversion and revenue

  • Use on-site behavior, trends and customer data to continuously optimize assortment exposure and commercial priorities

  • Plan and execute commercial activations such as campaigns, seasonal pushes and product launches

  • Drive growth through commercial levers such as cross-sell, upsell, bundling and promotions

  • Analyze performance and customer behavior to generate insights and continuously improve key KPIs such as CVR, AOV and RPV

  • Define and drive an experimentation roadmap (A/B testing) to validate and scale initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with CRM, performance marketing and brand teams to ensure a consistent and high-performing customer experience

  • Act as a go-to person for merchandising, contributing to stronger commercial thinking and best practices across teams

Who you are

You have 5–10+ years of experience within e-commerce, digital merchandising or CRO, and are confident optimizing on-site performance across product exposure, campaigns and customer journeys.

You have a strong commercial instinct and understand how to combine data, creativity and customer behavior to unlock growth.

You are both analytical and creative – comfortable using data to identify opportunities, while also translating insights into impactful on-site experiences, campaigns and product storytelling that drive conversion and revenue.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working close to the business, continuously optimizing the on-site experience to drive conversion and sales.

What you will bring
  • 5–10+ years of experience within e-commerce, digital merchandising or CRO, preferably within D2C

  • Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify or similar), as well as merchandising, personalization and CRO/testing tools

  • Experience using AI within merchandising and content workflows (e.g. personalization, automation or generative AI); familiarity with emerging AI commerce trends is a plus

  • Strong understanding of on-site customer behavior and how to translate insights into commercial actions that drive conversion and growth

  • Proven ability to optimize key commercial levers such as product exposure, cross-sell, upsell, bundling and promotions

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, combined with strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics or similar

  • A creative and commercial mindset, with the ability to turn insights into engaging on-site experiences

  • You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
