Job Description

As a Digital Member Relationship Specialist 1, you’ll be the friendly digital face of Summit Credit Union—providing prompt, courteous, and thorough assistance to members and potential members through various digital channels. You’ll promote our products, offer financial solutions, and build long-term relationships that make a real difference in people’s lives.

Essential Functions

  • Strong typing proficiency with speed and accuracy, paired with excellent grammar and clear, professional written communication skills
  • Assist members via digital platforms with professionalism and care.
  • Recommend products and services that improve members’ financial well-being.
  • Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and sales goals.
  • Uphold compliance with BSA, OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act.

Job Specifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written communication and customer service skills.
  • Financial Experience
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
  • Familiarity with self-service tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic math skills for financial calculations.

Physical Demands of Position

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to sit or stand at a desk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 10 pounds.

Environmental/Working Conditions

Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required on a rotational basis.
