The position requires a strong focus on measurable outcomes, with direct accountability for improving performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment aligned with U.S. business hours, collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and marketing stakeholders. This is not a strategic-only role, but one centered on execution, testing, and continuous optimization. Your decisions will directly influence campaign efficiency, budget allocation, and overall marketing performance.
