Digital Media Manager (4-Month FTC)
Duration: 4 month fixed term contract commencing in April terminating in July.
Pay: Hourly rate of £200 per day
Location: Must be based in the UK. Requirement to attend AKA’s office in London’s West End at least once a week.
AKA is a leading entertainment marketing agency, delivering full-service campaigns across theatre, live entertainment, film, music, and cultural attractions. Based in the heart of London’s West End, we work with some of the UK’s most high-profile organisations.
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to join our team on a 4-month contract. This role requires a confident self-starter who can quickly take ownership of campaigns, manage clients effectively, and deliver from day one with minimal onboarding.
The Role
You’ll lead the planning, activation, and performance of paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, Spotify, Snapchat, LinkedIn and TikTok, working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of digital campaigns, including campaign set up, optimisation and reporting
Collaborate with Digital Directors on campaign strategy and performance analysis
Oversee execution with junior team members to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
Present strategies and recommendations confidently in client meetings
Lead monthly reporting and performance reviews, delivering clear insights
Manage campaign budgets, bookings, and billing processes
Maintain accurate media plans and adapt to changing client needs
About You
Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns across key platforms (2-3 years experience in Digital Media with at least 1 years’ experience as a Digital Media manager).
Able to step in and take ownership quickly with minimal guidance
Strong communicator—confident, personable, and client-facing
Highly organised with solid commercial awareness
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working at pace
