About the Role

As a Digital Media Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create data-driven media plans that align with business objectives. You will oversee campaign execution, optimize media investments, and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Strategy Development: Plan and implement media strategies that support marketing goals.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, media consumption habits, and consumer behavior to refine campaign strategies.
• Media Buying & Negotiation: Secure optimal advertising placements and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Campaign Performance Tracking: Analyze data and provide insights to optimize media investments.
• Training & Mentorship: Guide junior team members on best practices in media planning and execution.

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising strategies, and audience targeting
• Understanding of the local media landscape and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (or Chinese is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Experience in managing large-scale campaigns and analyzing performance data.
