Job Profile

• Social media trend forecasting and developing social media strategies
• Crafting & executing the social media content strategy across all digital platforms
• Create and update content calendars on a regular basis
• Listen and respond to customer inquiries
• Plan and manage all paid advertising campaigns across all digital channels
• Sharing relevant performance reports to support decision making
• Manage and optimize the social media presence across all platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engage with the target audience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Sound knowledge in digital marketing strategy
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn platforms
• Excellent Sinhala and English Content Writing Skills
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns
• Experience in creating engaging and visually appealing reels
