Recent Growth Highlights (12 months):

• YouTube: 15,000 → 82,000 subscribers (+446%), short-form content reaching 14M views, long-form scaling toward six-figure views.
• Substack: ~10,000 subscribers, articles averaging ~10,000 views.
• Instagram: ~1.4M monthly views from launch.
• WhatsApp: >1,000 subscribers within months.
• TikTok: currently in development.

The next phase is scaling this ecosystem from single-digit millions to tens of millions of global views, cementing our client as the leading digital voice in the gold and macroeconomic space.

The Digital Media Director will spearhead the strategic growth, coordination, and scaling of our global digital media presence. This role blends editorial leadership, platform expertise, and operational discipline to expand reach while safeguarding narrative integrity in the gold and macro investment domain.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Growth

• Drive YouTube toward 1M+ subscribers and consistent six-figure views.
• Scale Substack reach to 30k–40k views per post
• Expand Instagram to 10M+ monthly views
• Build TikTok into a multi-million view channel
• Strengthen direct distribution channels (WhatsApp, newsletters, etc.).

Media Ecosystem Leadership

• Define and oversee editorial strategy and narrative positioning.
• Optimize platform distribution, growth mechanics, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate content production and streamline workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to ensure measurable ROI.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging platforms and technologies.

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Lead and mentor a growing team of content, research, and production specialists.
• Establish structured editorial and production workflows.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and performance monitoring.
• Maintain operational discipline across all platforms.

Candidate Profile

Benefits

Salary Range $12 000 - $ 15 000 per month
