Your Role
As a Digital Media Consultant, you willbe responsible forthe execution,optimisation, and day-to-day management of video, social, and display campaigns. You will work closely with senior team members and client leads while increasingly taking ownership of your own projects and client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is curious to learn, and is ready to take the next step in their career.
What You Will Do
Delivergreat work
Manage andoptimisecampaigns across YouTube (Google Ads and DV360), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and perform againstobjectives
Support client success
Help translate clientobjectivesinto media plans and recommendations. Monitor performance,identifyopportunities, and contribute to meaningful discussions with clients.
Grow yourexpertise
Develop a deeper understanding of social, video, display, and measurement. Stay up to date with platform developments and share learnings with the team.
Collaborate across teams
Work closely with strategists, analytics specialists, creatives, and client leads to deliver integrated campaigns that drive results.
Take ownership
Own your deliverables from start to finish, proactively solve problems, and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.
Keep learning
Take advantage of dentsu learningprogrammes, platform certifications, and knowledge-sharing opportunities across our EMEA network.
Your Profile
2 to 4 years of experience in digital media, ideally within an agency environment;
Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta,TikTokand/or LinkedIn), YouTube, and Display (DV360 and/or GDN);
Comfortable working with data and performance reporting, including Excel and dashboards;
Organizedand detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn;
Strong communicationskills and confidence working with colleagues and clients;
Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
