Role Purpose

The Digital, Media & Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable business growth for Abbott Nutrition Indonesia through data-driven digital and paid media strategies. This role ensures that digital and media investments directly support brand growth, consumer conversion, and commercial objectives,while operating fully within healthcare and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital, media, and performance marketing strategies aligned with Abbott Nutrition’s business priorities and brand objectives.

  • Translate commercial goals (growth, penetration, revenue, and brand leadership) into performance-led digital media plans.

  • Lead paid media across key channels (search, social, programmatic, ecommerce, and emerging platforms) with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI.

  • Manage media budgets responsibly, ensuring optimal allocation to drive incremental business impact.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using clear KPIs, analytics, and attribution models.

  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, CRM, Sales, Medical, and external agencies to deliver compliant and integrated execution.

  • Ensure all digital and media activities adhere to Abbott’s internal standards, ethical guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to test, learn, and scale new digital approaches to strengthen consumer engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital, media, or performance marketing, preferably within FMCG, nutrition, healthcare, or regulated industries.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid digital channels and performance-driven campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of digital analytics, attribution, and performance optimization.

Business & Commercial Acumen

  • Strongbusiness acumen , with the ability to understand Abbott Nutrition’s commercial priorities and growth drivers.

  • Clear understanding of howdigital and media performance impacts business outcomes such as revenue growth offtake, market share, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions that balance brand objectives, short-term performance, and long-term business value.

Leadership & Ways of Working

  • Results-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.

  • Able to simplify complex performance data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in matrix and regulated environments.

  • Agile, curious, and continuously learning in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

  • Revenue & Business Growth Contribution: Incremental sales and growth driven by digital and media initiatives.

  • Return on Investment (ROI / ROAS): Effectiveness and efficiency of media spend in delivering business results.

  • Customer Acquisition & Conversion: Cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and quality of acquired consumers.

  • Media Efficiency: Continuous improvement in cost metrics and performance optimization.

  • Strategic Impact: Contribution to priority brands, key consumer segments, and market growth objectives.

Expected Outcomeinclude:

  • Overall design of media funnel across awareness, consideration and conversion spends.

  • Improvement on brand funnelscores acrossawareness, consideration, conversion.

  • Synergies between media xecomm, and media x offline channels in terms of message amplification, channel support.

  • Always-on content management in partnership with the Marketing team, and effectiveness of the same.
