Digital Marketing/Production Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Developer with strong expertise in HTML/CSS/JavaScript to support campaign configuration and digital asset development. The role focuses on creating and maintaining marketing materials such as email templates, digital flyers, and landing pages used by business teams across campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coding reusable templates and modules, ensuring high quality and consistency, and providing ongoing production support.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS-based templates for marketing campaigns, including emails, newsletters, and digital materials (e.g., e-leaflets).
• Create reusable components and modular structures to support scalable and efficient campaign configuration. Build and maintain landing pages in line with business and brand requirements.
• Configure campaign assets within campaign management and marketing automation platforms.
• Perform bug fixing, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring compatibility across devices, browsers, and email client compatibility issues.
• Provide production support, including incident resolution and ensuring smooth campaign deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Campaign Configuration, Visual Design, and Marketing teams (Pharmaceuticals) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables follow branding guidelines, responsiveness standards, and best practices. Test and validate assets across different platforms, devices, and environments.

Who you are

• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience in email template development and understanding of cross-client behavior is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience in modular and template-driven development is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Working knowledge of Vue.js Basic knowledge of JavaScript is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with eWizard (Content Experience Platform), including content creation, management, and localization for campaigns is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of eDetailing tools (eDetailer), supporting digital engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs)and interactive content delivery.
• Familiarity with campaign management tools e.g., Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in digital marketing or campaign environments.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with campaign testing, optimization, and performance improvements.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 12 400 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
