Job Description
Oversees and implements all digital marketing activities of the company, which includes the company's website, social media channels, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Does market research for the digital marketing campaigns to align with customer insights/customer needs.
- Prepares the marketing activity calendar for the digital channels of the company.
- Prepares the digital marketing budget with clear digital marketing KPIs (cost per reach, reach, etc.)
- Implements the strategy for website and social network (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber Communities, etc.) content of the company to ensure online platform objectives are met
- Ensures that the company website & social network are operationally based on the set marketing objectives, and it can be easily found by the clients.
- Manages the social media presence of the company by utilizing online resources in acquiring new potential clients, and providing customer assistance and relevant business information.
- Facilitates social media audits in ensuring that best practices are being implemented.
- Maintains a digital dashboard of different accounts
- Collaborates with the sales team in creating marketing campaigns and advertising materials in digital channels.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related courses
- At least 3 years of related experience in Sales & Marketing
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Ability to work under pressure
